Fashion on A Dime

If I were a rich girl...I would still shop at discount stores!!

The truth is, I own very few pieces of clothing that were purchased for the retail price.
If it's not on sale or a good bargain, I don't even waste my time...or money.

Don't get me wrong, this girl loves a good label and designer. I have a keen eye for pieces that I find in the thrift store. I always check the tag inside to see who made it. There is a chance that a recognizable name will convince me to buy the piece even more.

But I love no names as well.

I also love stores such as Target, Kmart, Kohl's, Marshall's, T.J. Maxx, etc. I love how they manage to capture the essence of the fashion world, trendy or non-trendy, and provide a source of clothing options for an affordable price.

If you've ever seen a kid in a candy store, picture me spotting a huge sign with the word, "CLEARANCE", posted on the clothing rack. Par-a-dise.

The outfit below consists of the following items:
Scarf - Apt. 9 from Kohl's $9T-shirt - Mossimo from Target $7Printed tank - Route 66 from Kmart $4Leggings - Mossimo from Target $10Boots - Route 66 from Kmart $25Earrings - Target $8Ring - Beauty supply store (gifted)
Affordable fashion from Kohl's, Kmart and Target.

I have the ugliest hands. I still wash dished the old-fashioned way...with no gloves.
I love mixing prints
This face is plumping up as I go through pregnancy
I love these leather feather earrings from Target
My purse is a vintage medicine bag. I got it for $1 at the thrift store.
How do you cut costs when it comes to fashion?!
