Oasap High Street Fashion Hunter - Chiffon Tee & Candy Color Dress
I'm pretty thrifty when it comes to buying clothing and most items for that matter. So when an opportunity comes along to try out cool and trendy pieces for FREE, I usually waste no time taking advantage of it.
A couple of weeks ago, Zippy from Champagne Living shared an opportunity on her Facebook page to become a Fashion Hunter for Oasap.com (<~~~btw, you can help me gain more credits by signing up). It's a high street fashion site that sells fun clothing, shoes & accessories for women and offers free shipping all over the world. Not bad!
I was a little skeptical at first. Surely this was too good of a deal. I headed over to the site to take a look around. Much to my surprise, there was no hoax. I signed up for the program and within a few days I was on my way to becoming a Fashion Hunter.
The amount of credit you are given is based on your 'numbers'. The more traffic you have coming to your blog, the higher the credit amount. This is tracked through a Oasap.com button placed on your blog home page. Not every blogger is thrilled about this aspect. In my case, I talk about fashion, so having a button advertising the site is not a big deal.
My first order was difficult...through my own fault. I could not decide what to purchase. There were just too many options. After what felt like hours, I settled on two items -- a shirt and a dress.
This is not the most daring hook up for this shirt. But this was a night of casual fun with family and friends. I did not want to overdo it. I did place a black tank under the shirt because it is a little sheer. I am definitely going to wear this shirt again, with a little twist to it though.

I chose the shirt because I love print. Besides, I love the stars. There are fifty of them on our country's flag (consider this a history lesson). They are classic. I could see myself wearing it several ways. I actually wore it for the first time when I went golfing the other night. The material was extremely breathable and I did not sweat in it. It too was ONE SIZE, but fit me perfectly. I am usually a large when it comes to Junior-sized clothing. I was afraid to iron it because of the chiffon material, but I managed to bust the wrinkles on a low temperature setting on the iron. This is how it looked on me:

I chose the dress for the romantic aspect. I thought I would steer away from my normal black attire and try a bit of color. I was worried about the sizing because it was ONE SIZE. That is never good, nor is it ever true. We are not all the same size. I found this out once the dress arrived. It was so small, my tween cousin could fit it. Needless to say, you will not be seeing me model this dress.
Thank goodness Oasap has a 30 Days Unconditional Return policy. Perhaps I will stick to the items that have an actual size for now on so I do not have to send any items back. I hate returning. It is a little more of a hassle when the items have to go through customs. That is the only downfall of this program. While the shipping is free, it does take some time to reach you. But, that is the least of my complaints considering the clothing is FREE.
If you want to try out some of Oasap.com fashions, make sure you apply. If you want to be a darling and help me feed my addiction to fashion, use my link to sign up. Pretty please?!
I guess I should head on over to the site now to see what items I want to purchase next.
