11 Pipers Piping: Win Tix to Rock & Roll Hotel or Red Palace in #12daysdc

I'm a little bit country. I'm a little bit rock 'n' roll.

Wait! Scratch that. I'm a LOT country and a little bit rock 'n' roll.

Whatever the case, I'm bringing you an amazing prize that will definitely help you "rock out" and be the "show off" that you were born to be. You ole rebel, you!

As a part of the 12 Days of Christmas Giveaway, DC bloggers are bringing you an assortment of goodies from local businesses. The prize donations range from restaurant gift cards to cleaning services to museum admission to concert tickets to total and complete fabulousness. Of course this is the part where I come in.

{Insert air guitar moment here...or get those Pipers Piping. It is Day 11.}

Rock & Roll Hotel and Red Palace have graciously donated a set of 4 tickets EACH to see a concert at either venue. This means you don't have to choose which one of your BFFs to take with you. They can all come. Yup, all three of your friends (do we really need more than that?).

There's a bit of false advertising in the name "Rock & Roll Hotel". It's not an actual hotel. Their motto is, "You can play here, but you can't stay here!"
And so for Washington's famed H Street corridor we offer "The Rock and Roll Hotel." The sound and thrill of live performance reverberates throughout the ground floor, while themed rooms are...available (for a small fee) for the night. We hope to merge these two decorated lifestyles of the rock scene and the hosted experience of the night in the hopes of providing an unforgettable experience for whatever your travels may be.
If you want to get a head start on planning your wonderful evening with friends, check out the calendar. It looks as though all ages are welcome (unless otherwise noted), but the bar area requires that you are 21+...obviously.Check the site for more details.

I know you didn't come here for math, but try this equation out for size. The Red & Black + The Palace of Wonders =??? I'm not that patient, so let me help you out a bit. The answer is: The Red Palace. That's right! The two have joined forces to give you more floor, stage, and bar space. Who could ask for more?
The Red & The Black and the Palace of Wonders are one! ...We now bring you a bigger room, larger stage, and a new sound & lighting system for our live music & Vaudeville shows. We are an eclectic, unique spot with New Orleans influences and a virtual museum of real, vintage sideshow oddities. We have three full-service bars and an extensive craft beer menu for you to enjoy.
There are a bunch of cool events on the calendar. Take a look. Again, the rules are pretty much identical to the Rock & Roll Hotel's– 21+ to drink, and all ages welcomed with under 18 being accompanied by an adult. Check the site...blah, blah, blah.

Hopefully you read the entire post and didn't just skim over until you found the word 'GIVEAWAY'. Not that I would highlight it for you at all.

I'm going to try to make this as simple as possible. Simplicity is not my strong suit, so please don't hold me to it.
