CLOSED - FRESCHETTA® By the Slice Pizza Review & Giveaway #SocialSpark
This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of FRESCHETTA® for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.
Pizza! Yum! I could eat it everyday. Though the costs would add up quickly if I ordered an entire pizza everyday. But who’s counting…calories? Luckily I don’t have to. FRESCHETTA® By the Slice is the perfect solution to my passion for pizza. I can enjoy “a single slice cut from a whole pizza…made with the same premium ingredients…same delicious fresh taste found in all FRESCHETTA® Pizzas.”
I discovered the pizza in the frozen food section of the grocery store. It was located beside the full-size pizzas. I noticed there were a few flavor varieties to choose from. They are:
Preparing the slice of pizza was simple. Here is a quick video to show you exactly how I cooked my pizza in the microwave:
As expected, cooking the pizza in the microwave did not provide a crispy crust. I like to hear a little crunch when I eat pizza. There is an option to cook the pizza in the oven as well. I just could not justify cooking one slice of pizza for longer than 10 minutes. If I had more, I may have chosen the oven.
Overall, the pizza was great. The only thing I was not happy with was the price. At $2.99 per slice, purchasing one for each member of the family would equal the amount of an entire pizza. I also ran into a bit of trouble redeeming the coupon. It only covered $2.39. The store associate made it work somehow. I loved the flavor of the crust. It was sprinkled with just the right spices that tickled my senses. I must have expressed my excitement for the pizza a little too much. My son quickly discovered me in the kitchen. I had to share.
If you are looking for a quick and simple bite to eat, try FRESCHETTA By the Slice Pizza. And for a limitied time, you can even try the pizza for free by redeeming the mail-in rebate. FREE pizza!
