Disney on Ice 100 Years of Magic at the Verizon Center

Mickey Mouse and company may have skated their way out of Baltimore, MD last week, but they are hitting the ice again in Washington, D.C. at the Verizon Center tomorrow night.

Do you have your tickets?

Last Wednesday, on my 31st birthday, I attended the Disney on Ice: 100 Years of Magic show on opening night at the 1st Mariner Arena. Thanks to Feld Entertainment (and the wonderful Edie Brown), my family and I were seated front row and center. We didn't miss any of the action and were in the perfect spot to receive endless waves from all the characters.

Here are just a few moments from the night that I captured:

I've been to my fair share of Disney on Ice shows. Most of the times I just attend because the children like it. This time, I really enjoyed myself. We won't even begin to talk about how much my Aunt Denise enjoyed the show as well. She was such a blast and I know who to call when they come to town again.

Take your family. Enjoy yourself!

P.S. I know Disney can't bring all the characters. However, please start including Princess Tiana. If I were celebrating 100 Years, I would want to acknowledge how far the princess world has come. You know I had to throw this in there.
