Hellooooo Kitty. Uh, I mean Doggy. There is a new girl in town and her name is Rebecca Bonbon. I was bummed when I had to cancel a trip to NYC to meet the creator at the Royalties brand showcase. Luckily we now have access to this adorable line in our local stores.
Rebecca Bonbon is the latest character from Yuko Shimizu, the original creator of Hello Kitty! Rebecca Bonbon's Character is the most stylish French Bulldog on the planet. She is from Paris and currently lives in a fabulous New York apartment overlooking Central Park. She has a charmed life, wears chic outfits. loves to shop with her friends and adores sweet treats.Mariah was sent two, cool shirts to review. I had no problem convincing her to try them on. She's like most girls– she loves to dress up.
Currently, Jennette McCurdy, star of NIckelodeon's iCarly is the official spokesperson for Rebecca Bonbon.
Take a look at our "shoot" (only the top is Rebecca Bonbon):
The shirt with the tank-straps may be a little too much for Mariah, but it's fine for wearing around the house more than school. It could come off a bit risque for a four-year-old. Well...maybe it's not that bad. It's no different than wearing a tank top. She'll probably try to wear it to school next week.
The shirts Mariah has on in the pictures are a size 7/8. She is 4, and they seem to fit okay. The length is a bit long, but that just means she'll have them longer. I loved the length of the black shirt because it was almost like a little dress with leggings under it.
You may have seen a few celebrities (Kim Kardashian, Ashley Tisdale) sporting Rebecca Bonbon. But, don't think that you have to have a lot of money to look like a star. This fashionable line is now available in Sears and Kmart stores– two places that your family most likely shops already. We do.
The clothes are affordable. Fashionable. Colorful. Easy to throw on. Fans of Hello Kitty should make room for Rebecca Bonbon in their closet this fall.
There are also accessories, bedding, and other fun items besides clothing in this line. Be sure you check it out.
